- Pate Damand ( Almond paste)  120g
- Ultra fine sugar powder ( No starch)  60g
- Wheat flour(Cake)  60g
- Butter  120g
- Egg white  90g
- Green Pistachio paste  80g
Cooking process
Recipe
- - Blend Pate Damand + Powder sugar.
- Add egg white, wheat flour, melted butter,
- Add Pistachio paste and divide 20 grams into the small round moulds.
- Bake 160/150 degree for 15 min
