  • Sweet potato custard  80g
  • FROZEN STEAMED SWEET POTATO DICE CUT  80ea
  • egg  desired
  • GLAGEL (Mirror Glaze)  desired
  • water for dilution  desired

Cooking process

Sweetpotato pie

  • 1. Cut puff pastry sheet in 90 x 90mm
    2. Insert the cutted puff pastry sheet in muffin cup (Dia 70 x H 30mm)
    3. Egg wash
    4. Pipe 10g of sweetpotato filling
    5. Topping sweetpotato dice ( around 10 pieces)
    6. Bake at air fryer for 20 min at 160 ℃
    7. Brush Glagel with water as glaze

Apple pie

  • 1. Cut puff pastry sheet in 90 x 90mm
    2. Insert the cutted puff pastry sheet in muffin cup (Dia 70 x H 30mm)
    3. Egg wash
    4. Mix Apple pie filling, Semi candied Apple dice, fresh cranberry slice and Pipe 40g into the cup
    5. Bake at airfryer for 20 min at 160 ℃
    6. Brush Glagel with water as glaze

Blueberry pie

  • 1. Cut puff pastry sheet in 90 x 90mm
    2. Insert the cutted puff pastry sheet in muffin cup (Dia 70 x H 30mm)
    3. Egg wash
    4. Mix blueberry pie filling and semi candied blueberry and then Pipe 40g into 3)
    5. Bake at airfryer for 20 min at 160 ℃
    6. Brush Glagel with water as glaze
