- Ultra fine sugar powder ( No starch)  265g
- Cake flour  115g
- Baking Powder EP ( Odorless)  4g
- Greentea powder  15g
- Egg white  355g
- Iso Malto Oligo sugar  30g
- Butter  150g
Cooking process
Recipe
- 1. Mix Egg white. Oligo sugar,
2. Add the Sieve powder ingredients together
3. Add the melted butter ( for color, do not burn the butter)
4. Rest in the chiller
5. Bake 140/130 degree for 15 min.
