- -Whip Everwhip
-Mix strawberry Resin
Glacage
- Blend Glagel,sugar syrup,Strawberry Resin
Assemble
- 1. Place the sponge sheet and Brush sugar syrup and then place strawberry slice
2. Do this step again and make two layers and cover with cream
3. Piping strawberry cream as circle and pour Glacage in the middle
4. Decorate with Fresh strawberry and glacage.
