- Ultra fine sugar powder ( No starch)  70g

- Egg  56g
- 4 Seed bread Mix  105g
- Rhum Resin  5g
Cooking process
Bread Recipe
- 1) Mix L2M2 Butter L2M3H1 ( final dough temp 26 degree)
2) 1st proofing 30 min
3) Make the dough flat by rolling pin and spread 4 seed bread topping and sprinkle 4 seed mix on top
4) Cut in the stick shape ( Approx. dough 58g, bread topping 10g, 4 seed bread mix 2 g)
5) Final proofing: 30 min/36 degree
6) Baking at 190 degree for 10~ 15 min
Bread topping
- 1)Whisk sugar powder, butter, egg till creaming
2) Add 4 seed bread mix , Rhum resin and blend lightly.
*Sprinkle 2g for each stick
