Mixing ratio
- MUFFIN MIX Free 1000g
- Egg 350g
- Water 180g
- Sunflower oil 200g
- Banana puree ( hand peeled) 250g
Cooking process
- 1) Whisk egg& water and fold Muffin mix
2) Mix slowly at mixer and add Banana puree slowly.
3) Mix Sunflower oil
4) Rest 10 min, Batter temp 22~23 degree
5) Dividing and baking 170/190 degree for 25 min
