- Cream cheese spread sweet  1g
- Raspberry jam (No Preservative)  10 g
Glaze
- DRY FONDANT ( Donut Glaze)  150 g
- Raspberry jam (No Preservative)  2 g
- hot water  20 g
Cooking process
Cream cheese rasberry filling
- 1. Bake Frozen Cronut 180℃, 3 min at air fryer or Convection oven
2. Pipe sweet cream cheese and Raspberry jam
Glaze
- 1. Mix the Dry fondant + Boiled water
2. Add raspberry jam and do not mix preperly in order to make the marble effect
3. Coat on top of Cronut
