  • Cooked Arborio rice  120g
  • Copeau cheese  15g
  • Baugette Rusk  desired
  • Dried Parsley  desired
  • Water  50g
  • salt & pepper  desired

Cooking process

Recipe

  • 1. Boil Pumpkin soup,water 50 g
    2. Add the cooked Arborio rice at the medium heat.
    3. Add Grana copeau cheese and keep stirring
    4. Add salt & pepper.
    5. Plating and decorate with parsley , Rusk.
