2. 1st Proofing: 60 min at room temp
3. Dividing : 250g x 2
4. Bench time: 20 min
5. Moulding: Fold in 3 layers & Rounding and panning
6. Final proofing: 35℃/80%/60~70 min
7. Baking : 180/190℃,23 min
