Description

Best way to prevent bread staling is to increase the water intake of the dough.
Also, it contibutes for the cost saving. Imporver HM stands for High Moisture.
Pls, add 2% of flour weight and then you can increase the water intake up to 90%.
To use this principal, you can add 100% of tomato puree to the dough and eventually you can make real tomato bread
