Recipe
- 1. Mixing: L4H8 all ingredients together
2. 1st Proofing: 50 min at room temp
3. Dividing 180 g
4. Bench time: 20 min
5. Panning: One loaf in pan bread moulds
6. Final proofing: 60min, 35℃, 80%
7. Bake 18 min at 190/200℃
