Cooking process
Brownie
- 1. Whisk egg + sugar
2. Add cake flour + Baking Powder
3. Add vanila extract oil and finally spinach
4. Dividing 100grams in the muffin cup
5. Bake at 190 degree at deck oven, 175 degree at convection oven for 20 min.
Topping cream
- Whisk all together
Hallabong coulis
- Combine hallabong puree and sugar and boil until desired viscosity
