- Cream cheese  100g
- Sugar  10g
- Mascarpone   20g
- Blood orange puree  10g
Cooking process
Recipe
- 1. Mix the dry ingredients
2. Add egg, oil, puree, carrot shred, pecan
3. Baking: Convection oven 160 /Deck oven 180 degree for 20 min
4. Decorate with frosting
Frosting
- 1. Mix cream cheese + sugar till smooth texture.
2. Add Mascapone , Blood orange puree
