Mixing ratio
Recipe
- Ferma  200g
- Ultra fine sugar powder ( No starch)  60g
- Salt  1g
- Sesame paste  50g
- White couverture  desired
Cooking process
Recipe
- 1. Chop Ferma in the small pieces and then make it smooth in the mixer ( pls, heat by torch )
2. Add powder sugar, salt, sesame paste
3. Spread in the frame and let it set at room temp.
4. Cut in the desired size and dip into white chocolate for covering
