- Waxy Rice flour  300g
 - Pre-gelatinized corn flour  75g
 - Baking Powder EP ( Odorless)  7.5g
 - Sugar  45g
 - Baking Soda  2.5g
 - WAXY BREAD KC  35g
 - Sweet Corn  150g
 - Corn Resin  6g
 - Compound cream DB Cooking  100g
 - Milk  200g
 
Cooking process
Recipe
- 1. Mix dry ingredients and add cream and milk.
2. Grease the oil at sheet pan and sprinkle the Almond slice on the bottom.
3 .Flaten Mixture at the sheet pan and sprinkle Almond slice on top
4. Bake 140~170 degree for 40 min
5. Slice as required after cool down.
