Mixing ratio

Sponge sheet

  • Egg  220g
  • Sugar  110g
  • Wheat flour(cake)  90g
  • Butter  20g
  • Milk  40g

Maple cream

Green Tea cream

  • green tea powder  4g

Strawberry cream

  • Strawberry powder  5g
  • Strawberry Resin ( natural color)  10g

Cooking process

Sponge sheet

  • 1. Warm egg + sugar and whisk
    2. Add wheat flour
    3. MIx the melted butter and milk
    4.Spread on the sheet pan and bake 180 degree for 13 min


Maple cream

  • 1. Boil the white bean paste, water, starch until thickened
    2. Cool down and add Maple resin or Ceylon tea powder or Green tea powder or Starwberry powder + Resin
    3. Spread on the sheet sponge and roll.
