Mixing ratio
Sponge sheet
- Egg  220g
- Sugar  110g
- Wheat flour(cake)  90g
- Butter  20g
- Milk  40g
Maple cream
- White Bean paste  300g
- Water  150g
- Corn Starch  30g
- Maple Resin  10g
Black tea cream
Green Tea cream
- green tea powder  4g
Strawberry cream
- Strawberry powder  5g
- Strawberry Resin ( natural color)  10g
Cooking process
Sponge sheet
- 1. Warm egg + sugar and whisk
2. Add wheat flour
3. MIx the melted butter and milk
4.Spread on the sheet pan and bake 180 degree for 13 min
Maple cream
- 1. Boil the white bean paste, water, starch until thickened
2. Cool down and add Maple resin or Ceylon tea powder or Green tea powder or Starwberry powder + Resin
3. Spread on the sheet sponge and roll.
