- 1. Warm egg,sugar, glucose syrup till 60 degree and whisk
2. Add the sieved flour,Ceylon tea powder,
3. Add butter, milk, Japanese sake
4. Bake 190/140 degree and then down to 160/140 degree for 1 hour
