Mixing ratio
Sponge sheet
- Egg  220g
- Sugar  110g
- Cake flour  90g
- Butter  20g
- Milk  40g
Filling
- White bean paste  300g
- Water  150g
- Corn starch  30g
- Ceylon tea micron powder  5g
Cooking process
Sponge sheet
- 1.Warm egg yolk , sugar and beat
2.Add the sieved cake flour
3.Add the melted butter and Milk
4. Panning at the sheet pan and bake 180 degree for 13 min
Filling
- 1.Boil the white bean paste, water, starch until thickened
2. Cool down and add Ceylon tea powder
3. Spread on the sheet sponge and roll.
