  • Cake flour  90g
  • Butter  20g
  • Milk  40g

  • 1.Warm egg yolk , sugar and beat
    2.Add the sieved cake flour
    3.Add the melted butter and Milk
    4. Panning at the sheet pan and bake 180 degree for 13 min

Filling

  • 1.Boil the white bean paste, water, starch until thickened
    2. Cool down and add Ceylon tea powder
    3. Spread on the sheet sponge and roll.
