- Butter  80g
- Sugar  120g
- Salt  1g
- Egg  110g
- Maple Resin n  24g
- Milk  60g
Coating
- DRY FONDANT ( Donut Glaze)  200g
- Boiled water ( 85 degree over)  50g
- Maple Resin  7g
Baking
Cooking process
Dough
- 1.Beat softened butter and sugar
2. Add egg slowly
3. Add Milk and Maple Resin
4. Blend the sieved flour and B.P and pipe with star Nozzle
Coating
- Whisk all ingredients ( Keep warm)
Baking
- Frying : 200 degree for 20 sec
Baking : 170/140 degree for 15 min
Coating after cooling
