  • Egg Yolk  100g
  • Milk  20g
  • Maple Resin  25g
  • Sunflower oil  70g
  • Whea flour(Cake)  130g
  • Maple syrup  80g

Cooking process

Recipe

  • -Make Meringue with egg white and sugar
    -Whisk egg yolk and Maple syrup and add Sunflower oil and Maple Resin.
    -Add the half of Meringue
    -Mix wheat flour
    -Add the rest of Meringue
    -Bake at 160/160 degree for 45 min
