- -Make Meringue with egg white and sugar
-Whisk egg yolk and Maple syrup and add Sunflower oil and Maple Resin.
-Add the half of Meringue
-Mix wheat flour
-Add the rest of Meringue
-Bake at 160/160 degree for 45 min
