- butter  200g
- Pate Damand ( Almond paste)  200g
- Potato mix  20g
- Hazelnut Praline  20g
- Pecan  200g
- Water  140g
Cooking process
Recipe
- 1) Mix Multi cookies mix and butter, Pate Damand
2) Add Potato flour, Hazelnut praline and then water finally
3) Mold into the cyliner shape by the parchment paper
4) Freeze
5) Slice as required and bake at 180 degree for 8~9 min
