- MULTI-COOKIEMIX  100g
- Butter  30g
- Egg  10g
- Isomalt Oligo sugar  8g
- Glucose syrup  4g
Cooking process
Recipe
- 1) Whisk butter+Isomalt Oligo sugar + Glucose syrup
2) Add egg and whisk till creaming
3) Fold Multi cookies mix
4) Roll the dough and wrap by the parchment paper
5) Freeze
6) Slice as you desire and bake at 180 degree, 8~9 min
The cookies has very soft texture.
