 - Yuzu puree ( No sugar, Korean Origin)  40 ml
 - Sparkling Water  150 ml
 - Sugar Syrup  50ml
 - ice cube  desired
 
Cooking process

- 1. measure the Sugar syrup, Yuju puree, and Cointreau in a cup
2. put ice cube
3. pour the sparkling water.
4. decorate with hurb.
