- Puff pastry sheet  1ea
- Cheddar Cheese Shred  200g
- Puffed Grain mix for crunchy bite  75g

- Pecorino cheese  40g
- Puffed Grain mix for crunchy bite  75g

- Puff pastry sheet  1ea
- IQF Crumble Gorgonzola cheese  100g
- Puffed Grain mix for crunchy bite  75g
Cooking process
Recipe 1
- 1. Cut the dough into 2 sheets, 18.5×57cm
2. Eggwash the top of a cut dough
3. Top with cheddar, Emmental, Parmesan, and Gruyere cheese
4. Cover with the rest of the dough
5. Cut it into 3cm wide pieces
6. After egg wash, add a proper amount of crispy cheese granule
7.PANNING by twisting twice like a twisted bread stick
8. Air fryer 180 degrees 10 min
Convection: Bake at 200 degrees for 15 min
(Note: moulding using skewers is also possible)
