Cooking process

Preparation

  • 1. Defrost Ganache tart for 2 hours at the refrigerator
    2. Torch the surface of Ganache tart so that the surface could be shine
    3. Topping as required

Topping

  • 1. Whisk all together
    2. Pipe on the top of the ganache tart

Banana deco

  • 1. Slice Banana in 5 mm thickness
    2. Sprinkle the sugar
    3. Torch till caramelized
    4. Topping on Ganache tart
