Yuzu Cronut cream

Cooking process

Yuzu cream

  • 1. Bake Frozen Cronut 180℃, 3 min at air fryer or Convection oven
    2. Mix & Whisk Condensed milk filling, Yuzu puree, Yuzu zest, Greek yogurt powder
    3. Fill Yuzu yogurt filling into the sliced Cronut

Glaze

  • 1. Mix the Dry fondant + Boiled water
    2. Coat in Yuzu cream filled Cronut
    3. Sprinkle Yuzu zest on top
