 - Shallot  100g
 - Sliced leek  50g
 - Pepper  0.7g
 - Egg  100g
 - Milk  25g
 - Dairy cream  50g
 - Salt  2g
 - Frozen Fresh Mozzarella shred  140g
 - Mozarella for filling  70g
 - BIG TART SNACK  7ea
 
Cooking process
Recipe for 7
- 1. Mix Bulgogi, sliced leek, Shallot, pepper
2. Seperately mix egg, milk, cream, salt
3. Fill tart with 60g of 1 + 20g of 2 + 10g of Mozzarella
4. Place the sliced leek and 20g of fresh mozzarella
5. Bake 170℃, 18 min at Convection oven
