Cooking process
Grapefruit Jelly
- 1. Measure sugar and Pearl agar powder in a pot, mix them together, and add water. Heat it up until it reaches 85 degrees Celsius.
2. Mix grapefruit concentrate and lemon concentrate.
3. Pour the mixture into a bowl and let it cool and solidify in the refrigerator.
4. Cut the grapefruit into sections and decorate the top of the cup with the segments.
