- Grana cheese stick without Skin  20g
Pizza Bulgogi pie
- Puff pastry sheet  1ea
- Baked & Frozen Korean Bulgogi(pre baked Beef)  330g
- Mozzarella  110g
Cooking process
Bulgogi pie (10 pies)
- 1. Cut puff pastry sheet in 12 x 8 cm (one pair will used for a pie)
2. Put X shape cut on the lid sheet
3. Place the bottom sheet on the pan
4. Topping 33g of Bulgogi(tip. add Grana cheese or Mozzarella)
5. Eggwash at the edge
6. Cover the lid sheet and press the edge by a fork to stick together
7. Eggwash on the top
8. Bake for 20 min, 180℃ at the convection oven
