Recipe

• 1. Sautee Garlic slice , 2 pcs chilli , sesame oil, olive oil on the mid fire till Garlic slice become brown
  2. Place Marinated Mackrel on Pan (panfry from the side with the skin. And the turn to the other side)
  3. Add a cut chilli and fully cooked Mackrel
  4. Add the boiled spaghetti with 100g of the noodle boiled water and keep boiling down with stirring till the water is nearly evaporated
  5. Add salt & pepper
  6. Plating and sprinkle chive on top
