Cooking process

Sauce

  • - Boil all ingredients and add starch solution when boil.
    - Cool down.

Recipe

  • 1. Place Mochiridohu at the plate and topping the sauce
    2. Topping Yuzu Zest
    3. Decorate with walnut,fruit
