- Sauce  15g
- Fresh wasabi  10g
- Yuzu Zest ( Korean Origin)  5g
- Walnut  2ea
- Strawberry  1ea
Cooking process
Sauce
- - Boil all ingredients and add starch solution when boil.
- Cool down.
Recipe
- 1. Place Mochiridohu at the plate and topping the sauce
2. Topping Yuzu Zest
3. Decorate with walnut,fruit
