- Red Kidney Beans  480g
- Dried Parmesan powder  20g
- Corn starch  20g
- Water  20g
- Fresh Mozzarella 55mm Cylinder Thickness 4mm/8mm  1ea
- jambon slice  1ea
Cooking process
Recipe
- 1. Boil Ragu sauce + Red Kidney bean and add the starch solution (starch+ water)
2. When become thickend, Set a side from the fire and add Parmesan powder
3. Spread the above sauce on the bread and place Jambon slice
4. Bake for 10 min at 180 ℃ on convection oven
5. Place the sliced tomato, Fresh Mozzarella, Fresh basil and sprinkle Balsamic glaze
