- jambon slice  2ea
- Frozen Fresh Mozzarella shred  desired
- Shallot Ranch Sauce  desired

Cooking process
Recipe
- 1. Blend Broccoli, egg
2. Spread cream cheese sauce at a side of ciabatta
3. Place Jambon slice (cut fit to the bread)
4. Place Pumpkin salad and sprinjkle Shallot ranch sauce
5. Place Fresh Mozza shred and Bake for 8 min, 180℃ at Convection Oven (Air fryer as well)
