- whipping cream  43g
 - Choux cream latte mix  7g
 - Caramel candy crumb  2g
 
Cooking process
Choux cream latte
- - Steaming the half of the milk and then add Choux cream latte mix
- Add the rest of the milk
- Pour Espresso on top
- Topping cream 
Topping cream
- 1. Whisk Whipping cream + Choux cream latte mix and keep in the chiller
2. Topping the cream and sprinkle Caramel candy crumbs
