- Hoji tea powder  6g
 - Milk  280ml
 - whipping cream  56g
 - Black sugar syrup  50ml
 
Cooking process
Recipe
- 1. Weigh Hoji tea and Black sugar syrup
2. Steaming ( Milk + cream)
3. Set a side the milk foam and then blend the steamed (milk + cream) with (Hoji tea + Balcksugar syrup)
4. Spread black sugar syrup inside edge of the cup and place the milk foam on top
