Mixing ratio
Fresh Mozza Caprese cut
- Sandwich bread  3ea
- Fresh Mozzarella 8 x 8 square  1ea
- Frozen&Portioned Toamto soup  5ea
- Butter  desired
- Salt  desired
- basil Mayo  10 g
Cooking process
Fresh Mozza Caprese cut
- 1. Remove the skin of the sandwich bread
2. Brush the soften butter one side of the bread slice and then the direction of the brused butter side should foward outside of toast ( Butter melt while baking)
3. Place the square fresh mozzarella and place the second slice of the bread on top
4. Spread basil mayo on top and Place 5 portion of Tomato soup
5. Place the 3rd slice of the bread on top after brushing the butter ( Butter brushed side should be up)
6. Bake at the pre-heated Air fryer until the bread becomes brown. Must be baked on the mesh pan or screen pan
If you bake at the normal pan, you must turn upside down once so that the bottom side of the bread gets brown color
Basil Mayo
- Blend Well.
If required, Pls, add pinch of salt.
