  • Frozen & Portioned Vongole sauce  60g
  • Gnocchi  80g
  • Vegetable mix  30g
  • Cod fillet  80g
  • ARTISJOKKEN IN PARTEN  25g
  • Semi Dried cherry tomato  20g
  • Parsley  2g
  • Olive oil  desired
  • Shell fish  desired
  • Salt  desired
  • Pepper  desired
  • IQF CHIVES  desired

Cooking process

Recipe

  • 1. Saute Cod ( season with salt & pepper) with olive oil
    2. Add Gnocchi, Artichoke, mixed vegetable and saute
    3. Add IQF Vongole sauce block , Shellfish boiled water(100g) and mild-heat till IQF vongole sauce block is melted
    4. Add parsley and salt & pepper
    6. Plating and topping olive oil, chive and boiled shell fish
