Vongole Paella

  • Frozen & Portioned Vongole sauce  100g
  • Arborio rice  125g
  • Sea food mix  120g
  • Shallot  10g
  • Green pea  15g
  • Semi Dried cherry tomato  20g
  • Parsley  2g
  • Olive oil  desired
  • Salt  desired
  • Pepper  desired
  • Shell fish  desired
  • IQF CHIVES  desired

Cooking process

Recipe

  • 1. Saute shallot, sea food mix with oilve oil
    2. Add green pea, cherry tomato and saute slightly
    3. Add IQF Vongole sauce block and shell fish boiled water(100grams) and heat till IQF Vongole block is melted.
    4. Add the cooked arborio rice
    5. Stop heating and add salt & pepper
    5. Plating and topping Olive oil, Chive, boiled shell fish
