- Burrata fresh 125g  1ea
 - Confit Tomato with Basil  130g
 - IQF fusilli  130g
 - Butter  10g
 - Salt  desired
 - Pepper  desired
 
Cooking process
Recipe
- 1. Mix Tomato confit 1 part + IQF Fusilli 1 part and heat in Microwave for 2 min
2. Plating and place Burrata on top
3. Add salt & pepper
