Recipe

  • 1. Cut the puff pastry sheet in 10 x 10 Cm
    2. Make a square cut 15mm thick from the rim, but do not cut the two diagonal vertices completely
    3. Turn the pastry sheet in diagonal direction
    4. Egg wash
    5. Topping A: Custard cream 7g + Semi candied strawberry + decowhite
    Topping B: Ripple jam or pie filling 7 g + Semi candied fruit 7g + decowhite
    Topping C: Ripple jam 7 g + decowhite
    6. Bake Air fryer for 15 min, 170℃
