Cooking process
Recipe
- 1. Cut puff pastry sheet in 125 x 140mm
2. Insert the cutted puff pastry sheet in muffin cup (Dia 85 x H 55mm)
3. Egg wash
4. Place Jambon ham slice on the bottom
5. Place two portions of Bechamel sauce
6. Put one egg ( break the egg yolk) and green pea
7. Add salt and pepper
8. Place Jambon slice and one bechamel sauce portion
9, Put the grated Gruyer cheese 8 grams
10. Bake at air fryer for 28 min at 170℃
11. Serve with salad
