- Real Caramel Cake mix  250g
- Egg  60g
- Canola oil  50g
- Water  50g
Cooking process
Recipe
- 1. Defrost IQF Mango and remove the moisture on the surface by paper towel.
2. Brush the butter on the pan and dust sugar inside of the pan
3. Place IQF Mango on the bottom of pan. ( Do not place on the edge of pan)
4. Pipe Caramel paste on top of Mango
5. Beat caramel cake mix + egg + canola oil+ water (Kitchen Aid Speed 2 for 30 sec, Speed 5 for 4 min 30 sec)
6. Pour the cake batter on top of 4) and bake 175/175℃ Deck Oven for 35 min
