- Burrata fresh 125g  1ea
- Cold infused Basil Oil  20g
- Fresh Basil  10g
- Caper  10g
- Salt  desired
- Pepper  desired
Cooking process
Cherry tomato marination
- - Cut cherry tomato in half
- Blend well with other ingredients
- At least for 2 hours in chiller
Salad
- - Place the marinated Tomato and burrata in the plate.
- Add Basil oil, Caper, Basil, salt, pepper.
