  • Cherry Tomato  30g
  • Burrata fresh 125g  1ea
  • Grana cheese stick without Skin  10g
  • Dressing  0desired
  • Olive oil  0desired
  • Salt  0desired
  • Pepper  0desired

Recipe

  • 1. Cut lettuce and vegetable in the right size and place on the plate
    2. Place Proschutto, basil, cherry tomato
    3. Place Burrata in the center and drizzle Olive oil, salt, pepper on top
    4. Sprinkle the grated Grana cheese and drizzle Dressing
