- Maple Syrup  15g
- Honey  15g
- Proschutto slice 95g( 7 slices)  12g
- Reduced Balsamic Vinegar  desired
Cooking process
French Toast Soaking
- Mix well
Recipe
- 1. Slice Brioche in 2 Cm thinkness
2. Soak the bread into prepared soaking liquid
3. Toast the both side of bread with Butter
4. Plating the toasted brioche and drizzle honey and Maple syrup
5. Place the warmed Burrata and spinkle Reduced balsamic Vinegar
