  • Egg  128g
  • Sugar A  92g
  • Sunflower oil  110g
  • Milk  110g
  • Strawberry Resin (natural color)  28g
  • Wheat flour (Cake)  176g
  • Strawberry Dice  40g
  • Egg white  240g
  • Sugar B  60g

Cooking process

Recipe

  • 1) Blend egg+Sugar A and then add sunflower oil , Milk till being homogenious.
    2) Add Strawberry Resin N
    3) Make Meringue with Egg whtie + Sugar B and fold to above.
    4) Fold wheat flour
    5) Fold Strawberry dice
    6) Bake at 160 /160℃ for 35~40mins.
