- Vanila extract T 5g
- SESAME OIL 10g
- SUNFLOWER OIL 55g
- CAKE FLOUR 180g
- Baking Powder EP ( Odorless) 9g
- SALT 4g
- CADAMON 0.2g
- BAKING SODA 2g
- Yogurt Long shelf lfie 120g
- Sesame paste 50g
Pan coating
- sugar 50g
- white sesame seed 10g
- Black sesame seed 10g
Cooking process
CAKE RECIPE
- 1. Whisk egg, sugar,vanila extract
2. Add sesame oil,sunflower oil
3. Mix the sieved cake flour, baking powder, salt, cadamon, baking soda.
4. Add sesame paste, yogurt
5. Dividing 50% fo the pan (pre-coated with sugar, white&black sesame)
6. And then sprinkle Pan coating sugar on top
7. Bake 175 degree for 50 min
Pan coating
- 1. Mix all ingredients evenly and coat a buttered cake pan.
