- Milk  250g
- sugar  100g
- FARINE FRANCAISE T55  50g
- Butter  25g
- egg  20g
- Cognac  5g
- Sesame paste  25g
Cooking process
Recipe
- 1. Mix egg,sugar and then add melted butter
2. Add 1/3 of boiled milk
3. Add flour and mix
4. Add rest of milk and Cognac, sesame paste.
5. Keep overnight in the chiller
6. Dividing into the butter coated Cannele pan
7. Bake 220 degree for 10 min and then lower the temp to 180 degree for 50 min baking
