  • ORIGINAL NATURAL SOUR DOUGH BREAD  200g
  • Semi dried cherry tomato  80g
  • Shallot  30g
  • Black Olive  20g
  • Balsamic vinegar  적당량
  • Olive oil  적당량
  • Salt&Pepper  적당량
  • Burrata fresh 125g  적당량
  • Basil  적당량

Cooking process

Recipe

  • 1. Soak the dried bread in the water for 2 hours.
    2. Squeeze the bread and remove the water.
    3. Dry at the oven(150 degree for 5 min)
    4. Place the bread in the bowl.
    5. Place the sliced shallot, cherry tomato, Black olive, basil in the bowl
    6. Place Burrata cheese and then salt & pepper, olive oil, Balsamic vinegar
