- -Cranberry salad: mixture of the baby vegetable + fresh cranberry slice
-Dressing: Olive oil 30, Sherry vinegar 10, Mustard seed 5, Honey 4, salt & pepper
1) Spread cream cheese sauce on the pizza crust
2) Sprinkle walnut crumb and Mozzarella shred.
3) After baking , topping the cranberry salad and serve.
Gorgonzola pizza
- 1. Spread gorgonzola sauce on the pizza crust 12 `
2. Topping 1/4 cut black olive and half cut cherry tomato.
3. Topping Provolone slice
4. Bake.
